A seed is only potential until you act on it.

The lesson
Everyone carries ideas, plans and advice someone once handed them. None of it grows by itself. A seed only becomes something when you put it in the ground and do the first small thing. The planting is the hard part. After that, the work has somewhere to go.
On the track
The athlete who wants to get faster has to start the first session, not plan the perfect season. One drill, one rep, one honest run is the planting. Waiting for ideal conditions keeps the seed in your pocket.
In life
The business idea, the application, the hard conversation at home: each is a seed. Planting it can be as small as one email or one page of notes. Act once, and the idea becomes real enough to grow.
Today's small action
Take one step on an idea you have been carrying, even a tiny one.
